PISTOL PACKING MOMMA

I was raised with guns and began shooting at a very early age. Then during my early adulthood....I wasn't around guns. I then met a gentleman and his wife who had lived such an interesting life...I just couldn't get enough of his stories. He was twice my age and married. I loved him with all of my heart (loved his wife too) We were just great buddies. Wellll this man had been the pistol champion of the USA, he had been a sherrif, he had lived in Alaska, built cabins with his own hands...etc. I was just facinated with him. He taught me to tie fishing flies AND he taught me to shoot a pistol. I had always shot rifles. I have guns now and will always have some guns. They are around my home and loaded for bear. I live alone so it is alright for me to have loaded guns. Besides, children can be taught NOT to touch gun. I was. I would have died before I would have touched a gun at home in my youth. I love to target practice. I don't hunt anymore...I take pictures...I no longer kill.
